Fuori Salone 2011: Israeli designers on show

During the important meeting with the Fuori Salone 2011 will be presented shows Promisedesign 2011 – New Design from Israel, which later will travel to several European countries, first among them France. This is a major exhibition curated by two well-known names internationally Vanni Pasca and Ely Rozenberg, Who selected 45 Israeli designers, including names of success and talent. The aim of the exhibition is to present and promote the various trends that characterize the Israeli design.

From April 12 to 17, will host Milan at the facilities of Temporary Museum for New Design Superstudio Piu Via Tortona 27The exhibition Promisedesign 2011 – New Design from Israel.

Curated by Vanni Pasca and Ely Rozenberg, the exhibition displays some of the most important works designed and created by 45 different designers for a total of 65 projects. Signatures established on the international scene and promising young talent, will show the public examples of Israeli design.

A perfect mix of Experimental design, self and small production runs to investigate the difficult relationship that often exists between designers and industry in Israel than in other countries.

The project started six years ago at the 2005 Promisedesign Triennale di Milano with the aim of opening a series of reflections on the ‘existence and characteristics of Israeli design. The new edition now wants to investigate this important issue and investigate more thoroughly the relationship between the Israeli and the international landscape design.
