Installl Molteni & c. for the Designer’s days in Paris

On the occasion of the appointment in Paris with Designer’s Days, from 16 to June 20, 2011, famous brand Made in Italy Molteni & C and Dada have presented to the public installation a surprising signed nothing gradually less than by Constance Guisset. The designer was so inspired by the Flagship Store, designed by Afra & Tobia Scarpa in 1979, and has imagined a kind of imaginary conversation between the architecture of the showroom and design of brand Molteni & c.

Last week was held in Paris, the annual appointment with the Designer’s Days and for the occasion major design brands have set up their store with installations focused on the topic “conversations”.

The designer Constance Guisset has well designed to the famous brand Made in Italy Molteni & C an installation that wants to somehow create a conversation between the architecture of the showroom, signed Afra & Tobia Scarpa, and the design of brand Molteni & c.

The result is a completely laid bare for the occasion and set up with the first collection of furniture designed by architects Afra and Tobia Scarpa, supported by the current production signed Jean Nouvel, Patricia Urquiola, Foster + Partners.

To Afra & Tobia Scarpa is the mobile series of modular Mount, the chairs Wire and Monk, armchair Miss, but also some lamps designed for Flos. Among others there are furniture exposed the table rather Less of Jean Nouvel sofa , Night & Day and the Glove of Patricia Urquiola, the Arc of Studio Foster + Partners and the Alpha of Hannes Wettstein.
