Ironic and rigorous Alizzcooper is a lamp that Ingo Maurer and Team brought to the fair Stockholm Design Week 09. The German study of lightning gave us an object composed of a cable flexible and a reflector that can be adjusted according to different inclinations. So far nothing strange but Alizzcooper through small measures take the form of a serpent , and furnishes fun. This lamp shows a witty and playful approach to design is often the most fertile and brilliant.
The tube-shaped and elongated, which is wrapped in sinuous coils, is borrowed from the snake, the yellow and black decor recalls the image of irrigation pipes that the German designer watched during his childhood. The result is a light resourceful, able to characterize your personality with internal and yet highly functional thanks to its head direction.
It is of metal , plastic and a tube of rubber with a halogen bulb. The lamp also has a dimmer variable reflector. A string of plastic to protect the position of parabola. The reflector rotates 360 degrees around the bulb.
In addition to the version table , there is variation in the suspension and the earth.
Ingo Maurer is defined as a seducer of light. Graph of training, is a young designer whose love for lighting dates back to the days when as a child watching the light reflections on walls and trees and in the early 60s based in Monaco as the Study Design M “giving way to first projects of lamps characterized irony and provocation.
