The torch was designed by the duo of designer British Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby and is characterized by a unique triangular shape. Given the true icon of the Olympic Games, the torch of London 2012 will leave May 19, 2012 for a relay race which will see the alternation of 8,000 torchbearers!
